‘Chestnut Flip’ Mocktail Recipe


Mocktail Recipe 'Chestnut Flip' Ingredients:


2 eggs, separated

600 ml milk

1 x 325g can unsweetened chestnut purée



2 eggs, separated

1 pint milk

1 x 11 oz can unsweetened chestnut purée


Whisk the egg yolks until frothy. Slowly blend in the milk. Chill. Put the egg yolk and the chestnut into a blender and liquidise. Whisk egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture. Pour into 4 tumblers.

Serves 4
